Ordered Equipment from Riddell?
For those of you who purchased equipment from Riddell at one of our face to face registrations, our distribution day will be July 31st at Morton Ranch Elementary from 11am to 2pm. We realize this is later than we anticipated, however it is always our goal to provide a positive experience and in order to do so we must deliver at this date. Thank you for your understanding.

KYF Registration Timeline
Football Registration is Still Open. Register Before July 31st to Secure Your Spot on a Team!
We are currently in the late registration period for football. The late registration rate is $175.
Cheerleader registration will remain open as long as uniform inventory is available. Register now to insure a uniform is available. The Cheerleader registration rate is still $150 or $120 for returning cheerleaders keeping last year's uniforms.
Things You Need To Know
We get tons of great questions throughout the registration period. Here are some things to know about the upcoming season and may hopefully clear some things up.
- Coaches should be receiving their rosters some time around mid-July. We wait this long to insure we have as many kids placed as possible. With over 1600 football players, that can be a daunting task at times.
- Practice begins August 2nd for all teams, both football and cheer. No practices should be taking place before that date. Teams are allowed up to 8 hours of practice until the week of August 25th. Starting August 25th, teams are allowed 6 hours of practice, but must count two of their game hours against the six.
- Practice locations, days and times are determined by the coach and will be discussed with you once the coach receives his rosters.
- All games are played on Saturdays at the Morton Ranch HS complex. Games begin August 28th.
- For those that ordered equipment, we will have a fitting and distribution on July 31st. Check the calendar for time and location.
- We do not require fundraisers or raffles from our parents, players or cheerleaders, however each football team is required a minimum sponsorship of $500 and each cheer team is required a minimum sponsorship of $300. This can come in the form of one or several company sponsorships, or a team collection.
